I would have to say, that after a visit last night, I think the name is the only thing that brings people in. The food quality is very poor. I have worked in fast food before. I had a Big Xtra that tasted like it sat in the warmer all night. The bun was dried out and warmer than the meat itself. It probably would have tasted better if it were picked out of the garbage.
